Ohio SOPHE is hosting its annual conference, Health Educator’s Institute, at Salt Fork State Park October 11 – 13.

This year’s theme is Expanding Horizons:  New Partners, Perspectives and Possibilities.  We are thrilled to bring you an agenda that’s packed with opportunities to build knowledge and skills to improve health outcomes in the communities you serve.  Some highlights of the conference include:

• Approximately 17 Continuing Education credits for CHES/MCHES, Prevention, Social Workers, and Nursing professionals
  • Approximately 11 Continued Competency hours for CHES/MCHES  (this will fulfill your entire requirement over 5 years- and then some)
• Speaker and topics are cross-cutting to be applicable to any community of practice
• 3 hours of skill building sessions on October 12^th–  basically specialized workshops at the conference
• Ample time and opportunities to reconnect with colleagues and expand your network of peers.
