Need to focus? Mindflow to your workflow

In celebration of Yoga awareness month, I would like to share how to include mindfulness into your everyday.

What is Mindflow? Mindflow is a progressive metal band from Brazil. For the purpose of this blog, Mindflow is the flow, course, or progression of one’s thoughts or thinking; thought process.

One part of Yoga is being in the present and focusing on your breathing. Noticing how your body reacts to distractions and trying to come back to the movement you would like to achieve isn’t easy but ‘practice makes perfect’. We can relate this yoga practice to work when you find yourself daydreaming or out of touch, close your eyes, take a deep breath and focus on one task at a time.

By taking mindful breathes, you will find reduced stress, improved memory, lower blood pressure, and less depression and anxiety.
