Individuals with a commitment to health education and health promotion are critical to the success of SOPHE. As a leader, there is an opportunity to shape the future of this 68-year young organization.

We are now actively recruiting members to help lead SOPHE. This year we will elect the following positions:

President-elect, 3-year term

Secretary, 2-year term

Trustees for the following committees, 2- year terms:

♦2019 annual conference
♦professional preparation
♦membership & leadership development
♦communications
♦research & ethics

Student trustee (1-year term)

You will work hard, get results and have an enriching experience. SOPHE leaders devote time, energy and ideas to move the organization forward.

Elections are fall 2017. New board members take office at the SOPHE 2018 Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio.
