Jordan-Lindsay Morris, CHES,® is enjoying her second career as a community health specialist. She chose this career path after spending years as an EMT/Paramedic.
“I saw the needs and I wanted to fill the gaps to address health disparities and inequities.”
Jordan-Lindsay was born and raised outside of Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and her MPH from Benedictine University.
Now, she works at the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center in Waukegan, Illinois. In this position, she most frequently uses Area II: Plan Health Education/ Promotion.
Jordan-Lindsay enjoys how a career in health education provides opportunities for growth and new experiences.

In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, reading, cooking, and traveling.
Jordan-Lindsay is a member of the SOPHE Illinois Chapter.
