Keynote – Jannette Berkley-Patton, Ph.D.
Jannette Berkley-Patton, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the School of Medicine Biomedical
and Health Informatics Department, an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Psychology, and
the Director of the Community Health Research Group at the University of Missouri-Kansas
City. Her research focuses on using community-engaged approaches to develop, test, and
disseminate HIV, STDs, hepatitis C, diabetes, heart disease, and mental health prevention,
screening, and linkage to care interventions in African American church-communities.
