COVID-19 and Health Equity Among Children and Families

Webinar: COVID-19 and Health Equity Among Children and Families

Description: COVID-19 is an ongoing pandemic situation that also reflects its impacts on health equity among children and families. Due to this pandemic, the health care system doesn’t have enough arrangements in the hospital to serve the mass community. Very young children can develop COVID-19 without having no symptoms, which is alarming for us. In this webinar, we will discuss the importance of health equity among children and families and how COVID-19 has impacted this population and what we can do to prevent communicable diseases.

Learning Objective:

1) Discuss the evidence-based research used to develop and advocate for policies that promote health and reduce inequity among children and families.
